Recycled Objects — is a brand of jewellery and accessories made of recycled plastic.
Our brand’s founder — Polina Cherpovitskaya — is also the project’s designer and inspirational leader. Previously, Polina produced souvenirs for the museums. During the pandemic, however, the business was suspended, which urged her to search for an alternative solution. Under these circumstances, Recycled Objects jewellery brand was born. The project was launched in April 2020. The essential idea behind the project is that we create beautiful things from the material that is most often considered rubbish.
To create our jewellery and objects, we use ABS plastic left by 3D-print studios. We sort it by colour, crumble, and then press it at a certain temperature — as a result, we get the material that closely resembles marble. We cut out our jewellery from this material and reuse the remaining plastic for producing other items.
